Should ZOS bring out a fast balance change patch to undo the last combat changes?

this Game, eso mmo, this forum, eso forum all belongs to Zenimax Studios.
they owe us nothing, and you do not dictate nor tell them how to do with anything in their game.
this thread is quite arrogant and insulting to them.

they owe us nothing? how can you be so naive?

THEY OWE US THERE JOBS!!!!!! zenimax studios would have NOTHING without us.... literally nothing, zos's only game is eso. We have given them EVERYTHING

I have spent at least 1k dollars on this game since I started playing, ik players who have spent 10k + on this game, to keep what we love coming

If the entire eso fan base walked away from this game they would have NOTHING, and we are, we dont want to but we are, because zos has given us no choice at this point.

We have invested financially in zos
we have invested time in zos
we are invested emotionally in zos

and now we are cutting our HUGE losses rather than invest more money time and love into zos

You aren't invested emotionally; that's possibly addiction revealing itself.

The basic purpose of these changes is to force you to invest more time into the game. I suggest that if you feel that you need to continue investing time into this game for whatever reason, then you should reconsider investing any more money.

Only if they want more of my money. After 4.5 years of endless bugs and nerfs in the name of PvP balance, I am taking my money elsewhere.

May I have all of your items?
FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

It’s not that the whole thing needs to be reversed it’s that ZOS has gone and made big sweeping changes per usual. Shields would have been brought in line with a cap or crit damage but both is probably over kill. They could have reduced speed pot duration by 10 seconds and nerfed swift instead of trashing both of them completely, nerfing expedition duration and nerfing snare removal skills. The changes were needed just nowhere to the extent they were made. But that’s ZOS’ signature move.

    unfailingly.

everyone should suffer in nerfmire lol

jokes aside there is still a weak shadow of hope that this patch was not a blind clueless nerfhammer drop

but a part of long-term strategy... damn i'm trying to be optimistic again =D

let's move on an see what's gonna come next

With as many bugs that come out when they do something slow, I would hate to see how many bugs are created in a fast version.

I for one have always looked forward to EVERY combat change ZOS has ever made. I find it quite enjoyable to be challenged with new ways to change my build or playstyle to be competitive. It's a video game, adapt and stop crying. Sick of all you try hards complaining to everyone all the time. ADAPT. All you nay sayers should quit. I hope they keep the changes.

    Seriously.

They need to "patch" to new leadership in combat/gameplay.

How anyone can continue to employ the people who've made the decisions implemented in the last year and a half, I have no clue.

While the newly hired Monetization Director has been a hit, coming up with cool contests and fun ways to get the players to part with their money, I'm afraid the old Monetization Director, rather than being fired, has been put in charge of the Combat Balance Department. I think he/she is somewhat salty at the demotion, and is looking forward to playing his/her now faster than everybody else DW NB medium armor main at the company PVP tournament.
