Banished Cells no Loot and Ultcharge

Hello,
Another Problem with the Banished Cells: I went into them wih some friends. I had already completed them one time and the other 3 members have their first run. Im Lvl 22 and theirs are 14, 13 and

I (level 22) dont get any loot from the bosses or monsters.And in addition my ult doesnt charge in that dungeon. Anyone else?

if a mob is 6 levels below you or more they dont give loot or ultimate generation

I am level and I didn't get a single blue item from these mobs. Hell, not even a green except for shards.

Too many bugs in a game of this scale. I will never recommend it to anyone
