character stuck and invisible. Tried everything

I tried relogging, resetting ui, teleporting to wayshrine, using the /stuck command. (the stuck command killed me and placed me at a wayshrine. Still stuck and invisible though)

I have had exactly the same problem, now for the second time with a different character. Only after contacting customer support they seem to have been able to make me move again a day later, /reloadUI and /stuck had the same effect as told above- none.
