TiZzA93✭✭✭From what ive seen in the past Rugged only mitigates 1-2% damage if your a tank as its counted last but if ur not tanking id assume rugged will still be less usefull than breton 4k spell resist0 -

TiZzA93✭✭✭If ur going stealth type nb woud go well with breton as it will improve cloak sustain but bosmer make great archers they do 10% increase damage attacking from stealth OR dk have wings to reflect most projectiles so fighting at range with bow most attacks to you will be reflected
