Now that you force us to enter CC info - how secure is your servers?

I have had to cancel more than 1 CC because of companies being hacked and loosing clients info. I wanted to set this up to use prepaid cards but they are not available yet. That leads to two questions:

1. How secure are your servers from hackers?
2. When I can get prepaid cards and switch my sub method (if I stay after the 30 days) will my cc info be deleted or do you retain it for hackers later like SOE did?

No subscription should be required until after the 30 days playtime are up!

1. I doubt they are going to delete credit card information. You gave it to them, so it's now their possession.
2. You aren't forced to use a credit card to pay your fee. You could've used the PayPal option, which works with your bank account instead of your credit card.

They mentioned those are going to be a thing, but i don't know if they are being sold yet. And if so, which shops actually sell them.
In any case, that would be a solution as well.

If you use a game card now (if you could - not available in my area) you essentially have to pay another month to get the 30 days you already paid for with the game. This is not right nor was it what was stated by Pete Hines.

Just remember anyone you have grouped with or been in a guild with will have your userid. This process meets the security standards approved by the UAG (United Association of GoldSellers) -ensuring they are 50% on their way into your account by getting one guy into one of your guilds.

Max out your password and use a password manager at least.
