Refund Policy

So my fiance' and I have decided we do not want to pay for this game. We have not redeemed our Access codes from our Imperial Editions We purchased online from the Zenimax Store and have not set up a payment plan. We simply want a refund for the 2 copies of the game we are not going to use. The only refund policy I can find is to send customer support an Email and wait for them to get back with you. This should not be how a refund works. Can someone point me in the direction of a legitimate refund policy so I can get my 160$ (for the 2 copies) back and use that money for more important things like towards our wedding?

I am sure they have terms and conditions when you order digital goods online - a lot of them state you cannot receive a refund for such items....best of luck in your endeavours

Typically games are non-refundable, but they usually make exceptions. The only way to contact customer support is by the method you mentioned. They do not have a direct call #. The reason is to create a shorter response time(filtering out things they cannot solve, or referring them to the correct people).

Is there a reason the email for call back is not acceptable?

because they are failing to respond. They state a refund is provided if requested through the customer support however 3 days and no response other than an automated "I'm sending this up to my high elves to get right on this! In the meantime, enjoy the game!" All I want is them to put the money back on my card so I can go on with my life.

Actually, most online games will do refunds within 30 days of purchase.
