No change in ZOS business-as-usual, I have been with ESO since Beta and they didn't listen to us then either. We would put out bug reports but the bugs would not be fixed for MANY months to come. We would complain about mechanics and it was never addressed for MANY months. Same ol' same ol'. They never listen. This I know for certain:It was already highlighted by players in the PTS testing - seems Zos either decided to do nothing, or couldn't change it in time.
So I guess we're stuck with it for some time...

Yes people do: Use rending slash on the backbar and go on the dual wield frontbar, where you weave the other two enchants in.
You don’t even have to. Rending slashes front bar deadly cloak back bar

- Players generally believe there is only ONE TRUE META and then build for that META and then for defending that META.
- So for the standard current believed and beloved METAs everyone is used to them and getting upset with ANY call to nerf them.
- Anytime someone does show that "look here are diverse multiple game styles and approaches that are NOT the current META, but are EFFECTIVE". People go into hysterical mode with something new and UNEXPECTED that they are currently NOT prepared for. There are now 2 options.
- Run around like chickens sprouting a bunch unsubstantiated nonsense without numbers and theory crafting and demand IMMEDIATE reactive NERFS that will probably end up doing far more damage then good with all the lurching back and forth.
- Sit back and look at what is happening and ADJUST to a new and relatively novel play style.
- IF and ONLY IF, after everyone adjusts buiids, CP allocations adjusted, learned and then learned to play what reasonable skill counters are out there WHEN the new META playstyle continues to OP ZOS always (or at least attempts) to address the problem.
- We really, really need to stop these major lurching adjustments with there constant overwhelming uniintended consequences and let ZOS dial things in over time.
Have you noticed the 27k threads by casuals getting all excited about fluffy mount giveaways, event tickets and free houses? As long as those "I want fluffy stuff" customers are happy, there is no reason whatsoever for ZOS to care about combat balance for the small minority of serious PvPers...

IMO they already care too much about PvP combat balance. Majority of "serious PvPers" can't even complete a simple dungeon like vet Bloodroot Forge or vet Scalecaller, or need to be carried if they go into those dungeons; in fact they often don't even own the dlc or ESO+ (they wait for the helm to be on the golden). Yet these same players regularly call for nerfs based on their PvP experiences without regard or consideration for PvE.
The self-aggrandizing title of "Serious PvPer" means to me someone who for the most part only PvPs and thinks themselves above others who play PvE. It's fine and good to think highly of yourself but if your experience in the game is so lopsided then you really have no grounds to think yourself superior. In addition, if you don't spend money on the game then why should your voice be heard? "Money talks"
If you fetchers ruin Torug Pact for us Tanks I swear to Arkay
