Class reps? Most people in game have no idea they even exist let alone who on Earth they are and how to get in contact with them. Not to say they arent doing their job but this "programme" is so utterly stupid and ridiculous. Forget this elitist class rep nonsense and go into YOUR game and ask the players you see, ON EVERY PLATFORM not just freaking PC NA. Give them a message and ask how they feel about particular parts of the game you are considering to change before you do it and say "here you go, this is the combat for the next 3-4 months". Speak to people, create polls, ask opinions, create discussions not just tell a few class reps to go off and do it for you.
When was the last update that provided an overall POSITIVE improvement from the previous patch in regards to combat, and in particular regards to PVP?
Seriously, when was the last update you read the patch notes and said, wow thats a great set of combat balance for the game?
As far as I can remember, its been nothing but nerfs after nerfs for a long long time and the players spitting out "adapt" as if its only for the intelligent to be able to do so are feeding into ZOS's absolute woeful decision making combat wise. Do you know what? A lot of people simply wont waste their time and money "adapting" and will simply just slowly stop logging in until theyre done for good.
Adapting to new negative changes EVERY patch isnt difficult, its annoying and unnecessary. The end game player base is so evidently decreasing on console each patch espcially in PVP for all 3 alliances. People are sick to death and nothing we say ever seems to have an impact...

Hey now. Don't blame the Class Reps for this mess. They gave all our feedback to ZOS, and talked about it with ZOS at length.
It's not the Reps fault when ZOS chooses to ignore it.

As far as I know. I'm not sure you could pay me to mediate between ZOS and the community.

IF feels like they want PvP to be awful so few ppl play there and get less lag... so they dont have to fix the lag which actually cost them money. idk... its so easy to fix too.

The Class Reps represent. The Devs do what they want.
Player A thinks Sorc shields are over powered
Player B thinks Sorc shields are fine as is
Player C thinks Sorc shields need a slight boost.
ZoS nerf shields. 67% of their player base says ZoS doesn't listen to their input
ZoS leaves shields as is. 67% of their player base says ZoS doesn't listen to their input
ZoS bumps up shields. 67% of their player base says ZoS doesn't listen to their input
I have been playing these type of games since EQ ... and the same posts occur for every game. Like dejavu all over again

I was under the impression it was more like:
Class Reps: "A big pain point we have been hearing a lot about is that players move too fast"
Class Reps: "We think the problem is swift ..."(note: swift is not mentioned as a 'pain point', it is mentioned as causing the pain point ... the implication being that nerfing swift would remedy the problem of players moving too fast).
ZOS: "Thank you for you input regarding the pain point of players moving too fast ... however, keep in mind that it is solely up to us (ZOS) to determine what will be done to address a particular pain point."
In retrospect, perhaps the pain point should have been presented as 'players moving in excess of 30% increase in speed' or 'players moving faster than major expedition.' <-- That is different than 'players move too fast'. Perhaps being more specific would have been better and may have yielded a different result.
Unfortunately, after they (ZOS) decided on a solution, all the qq'ing in the world wasn't likely to get them to change their mind - no matter what solution they came up with there would be droves of people qq'ing on the forums.
