Why was a realistic animation turned into a non realistic animation? Most of us Stamplars rely on this ability to knock back, give us some breathing room, knock over cliffs, etc. My thing is that things that actually work fine are re-made which usually ruins the ability while abilities that's been broken since beta don't get fixed. I don't get it.

    I'm kinda glad I don't remove people from my attack range actually. Different ways to see it I guess.

    Definitely a case of different playstyles but I feel more people would have preferred it to stay the same, they just didn’t speak up in time IMO. That and the fact the class reps didn’t seem opposed to the change.

    That move was broken and exploited by everyone who thought they were good.


    The animation of the knock back would bug out and force you to slide on the floor unable to break free or use abilities. This was enhanced during prime time lag.

    I'm glad they finally fixed this extremely overdue change.

    Speak for yourself. Having our only CC knock people out of Jabs range was inconvenient and made snares even worse than they already were. I only wish the change had been made to Aurora Javelin as well.

    I liked the old Javelin. Pretty useful in battlegrounds. But, well, I’ll manage. It just forces me to be more aggressive if it’s simply a CC and not a knockback/versatile skill that could be used in a defensive way.

    I'm gonna miss this so bad. The bow ability that does knockback is just not the same degree of awesome looking...
