Hello,
Yesterday couldn't play well due to maintenanse downtime, just did deves worldboss, and public boss - and didn't receive a event ticket (couldn't receive a gold scull from dolmen)
Today, login and did quickly a dungeon (FG1) and also didn't receive ticket (wasn't in dungeon yestarday), tried a dolmen - no gold scull.
Is it a bug or my back luck?

If you are missing an event ticket from killing a delve boss, there could be a few reasons for this happening. The help article linked below goes over how event tickets drop and where you may have missed the ticket.
