Tiyamel✭✭✭no, no it does not, the imperial edition whether physical or digital comes with a WHITE horse included, costs 1g at nearest stables, the palomino horse is a microtransaction horse for those to lazy or unable to farm up enough gold and want to pay cash up frontGuild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.

Nope, its just another CS option for people. The only thing you get out of imperial edition is the white imperial horse.Sakura Rose - Imperial Templar - Daggerfall Covenant

You buy it through the store - real cash (I think it's like $15.00) - and then you buy it in-game for 1 gold.
