Cannot enter my sub info as there is no option.

I'm an early access player and my wife and I both waited in line for 50 minutes today to enter our CC info for a sub and there is no option to do so. We both registered our preorders about a month ago. Please tell me that we will not be locked out tomorrow when the extended early access ends. There is a billing history page, but no sub page.

    After reading a few post I can tell you that if you are not able to add a sub to the account, means the account does not own the game, so you will have to resolve this first issue first

    Well thats crazy. My collectors editions dont arrive for 2 more days and the only codes I received were for beta and early access.

    How does one "not own the game" when on the account summary page it shows under "purchased games" Elder Scrolls online? And I am like Behrwulf, I have no option to subscribe and it won't accept my game codes, the codes that came with my physical copy.

    You seem to have different problem if the code of your physical copy is not working, probably means you are already activated this would explain why the game show up as Payed, but you would be able to add a sub then

    WHat happens if you click on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/billing/change-subscription ?

    Having the same issue. There is no place on my account page to enter billing info. Also will not accept the codes from physical game.

    I own the game, even says so on my account summary page. I have the physical copy, enter the codes that came with it, and all I get is a message telling me "this product requires the elder scrolls online".

    It shows my account but has a redbox that says i do not own the game even though just under it, it shows I have purchased the game. In fact I spent 200 on two collectors editions so the problem is on there end. I should not have to wait until the physical copy to register. Thanks for the link though. I wonder why many of us do not have that option on our pages. I just have billing history etc.

    I tried the link as well. Funny, it says I must first own the game. I guess they ignore the fact I spent $100 on the collectors edition, and still won't take the codes that came with it.

    Hey there, everyone. You will need your game code prior to selecting your subscription option. The game code will be applied automatically if you purchased the digital edition from our website. If you purchased the physical edition of ESO, you will find the game code in that edition. Please try to enter your game code on the account page, then your subscription option. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Sign into your account.
    • Click "redeem code" on the left sidebar.
    • Enter your game registration code that came with the game. This will bring up the payment/subscription page for you to select your subscription option.
    • After selecting this, you can now redeem your Imperial Edition code (if you purchased the physical Imperial Edition of ESO.)

    If you're having any trouble redeeming your game code, please contact our Support Team.

    I cant even log into my account. The accounts page is in some sort of queue loop. Recover PW, Register New Account, Recover UserID, all links just put you back in the queue. And when you wait.. AGAIN... you land on the accounts page as if you first arrived there. please help. This happens on Chrome, IE, Firefox, on a PC desktop, laptop, and Mac.

    This is the problem. Amazon only sent early access codes. I preordered a over month ago and applied the code. But I'm not due to receive the physical copy until between 9-11 april. But since I registered the game and it says I purchased it on my account page shouldn't it allow me to sub. I have submitted a support ticket for my wife and I.

    But how did you register the game? my game code was inside the physical box and there was no way to register before getting my hands on it (the early access code was sent to me straight after pre-ordering, long before payment was taken, and doesn't count as proof that I actually purchased the game).

    I bought the game through the official online store but my game code was NOT applied automatically, nor was it sent to my email address. I was forwarded to a higher tech who was supposed to help with that yesterday but all they did was email me and tell me to try again in 10 minutes since there's a lot of people logging on. It's clearly a problem with the game code since customer service could SEE that I bought the game but the code wasn't logged. I need a new code sent to me so I can add it but no one is getting back to me and it's been three days.

    Same issue here... I bought the standard Digital edition, had the early access... now it told me to update payment info..
    I have nothing on my account page that lets me do that.
    now I cant play the game... after I payed for it.
