Does the shield update affect the strength of barrier and resto staff barrier strength or not?

Basically curious if the updates to shields will affect maximum strength of the resto staff ward and the support line ultimate.

No the only shields that were affected were the sorc shield and the light armor shield, oh and Bone shield. Barrier is a 200 cost ultimate. Healing Ward only scales in size depending on your missing health. and the warden, templar and dk shields scale with max health.
