Does the shield update affect the strength of barrier and resto staff barrier strength or not?

✭No the only shields that were affected were the sorc shield and the light armor shield, oh and Bone shield. Barrier is a 200 cost ultimate. Healing Ward only scales in size depending on your missing health. and the warden, templar and dk shields scale with max health.Edited by LeHarrt91 on October 23, 2018 12:09AMPS4 NA 1200+ CP
