Hi , I pre ordered the imperial edition of eso, and have redeemed both codes, i was able to get the imperial horse and mara pledge before redeeming. However after redeeming both the explorers pack and the imperial edition upgrade code (which came with the imperial edition) i have so far (2 days) not received my scuttler or mud crab vanity pet, i cannot craft imperial and no treasure maps. I have checked my mail. and the only thing i have it the monkey vanity pet for playing the beta.
If anyone can help me prevent having to go to the call centre then i would be grateful
