It is overpowered. I slapped it on StamNB, kept Vigor and Healing Cloak up for 15-20sec and it was fully procced by just 2 guys. The more they hit me, the stronger my Vigor and FM gets, and they can't burn through it.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but are you saying that crits by DoT suppressed by cloak still proc fury? If that's the case, ZOS better not let that slide any longer...

I was talking about the healing morph of Cloak, which well doesn't cloak but heal.

Oh I was about to say...thanks for clarification. :)

Honestly, I don't think Fury is overpowered, I think the problem lies in the overall game design...

Can someone provide me specialized training on how to use this armor? I saw some people on youtube absolutely wrecking others with it. Then I met a guy in-game wearing it who wrecked me. I tried it a few times and I got wrecked in it haha. Cant figure out if it's me just sucking at Stamwarden or the lag...

Yes because unlike Big Boss who generally assumes anything that stamina players use is overpowered (I guarantee you he's been 1vXd multiple times by stamina players) fury actually requires skill.

You need to play defensive at first, always keeping your heals and buffs up. You need to be mobile and LoS but at the same time you can't do it excessive cause you will lose your stacks.

Then, when an offensive window opens up and you've accumulated enough stacks, you ult and execute. It does take skill to use fury effectively, but hope this helps. Just give it time. It's a high risk high rewards set, as it should be.

This makes sense because I almost killed the guy wearing it a few times before he caught me when my immov potion was down, stunned me, dawnbreakered and executed along with shalks. I probably had his Fury procced to the max lol. This was also with me chasing him around a rock for a bit. I havent really tried kiting around any objects with it. May give it another try soon.

I think it is. Takes some awareness not to lose stacks with LoS but just putting it on a buff tracker makes that easy.

Almost all my heavy armour stamina builds have used it, as long as you'll be taking damage (not dueling some breath of life bot?) it's hands down strongest.

I wouldn't necessarily say it needs a nerf though, it rewards you for taking damage, and right now playing outnumbered needs all the help it can get.
Magicka's closest set would be burning spellweave, but it's weaker and the uptime isn't the same. Medium armour doesn't have an equivalent though they can use ravager for similar numbers

No it's not op. It gives a lot of damage but you need to take 25 crits to get the max, sure that can sometimes be built fast but it means usually playing outnumbered and you can't just enter combat and burst right away, you have to be careful with using los and retreating as you need to stay in combat and make sure your being hit to get the value.

It rewards playing outnumbered and with how many bleeds and other dumb stuff is in the game I think it's fine.

I just think light and medium could do with some high stat sets too, I mean spell strategist was a good addition, getting 500 spell damage from just doing a light attack against your opponent.
