Anyone know how to fix this? Up until the most recent patch I was able to get on fine, but the minute I downloaded that patch and tried to get on it just keeps freezing at either the Bethesda or Zenimax logo. It doesn't give me a crash report or anything, I have to go to the Task Manager and end all of it's processes.

this is a workaround -but this maybe help you

    Go to
X:\Users\[Your user name]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live (or liveeu on EU server)
    open file UserSettings.txt
find line SkipPregameVideos and change 0 for 1

This make you skip both starting movies and put you on login screen after launching the game.

BUT - i think you still be at risk of freezing at any other movie that start playing in game (like Prophet intro movie)
This looks like some kind of driver problem. You can try to download newest drivers for your graphic card

I'll try that and see if it works, I'll let you know in a minute how it goes!

As for the drivers, my driver is up-to-date. I try to make sure to search for any new ones about once a month.

    THIS WORKED.
Like you said, might just be temporary or until I get into a new cutscene, but for now, I'm able to log in. Thank you!
