I registered my code like 10 days ago, i can't enter it again... can't login as i don't have a subscription set up. what do i do? Ordered from Gamefly.com fwiw
I have the same problem and it seems so do many others. Please can an administrator at least acknowledge this issue and confirm that it is being worked.
I like many people are extremely frustrated and the lack of communication is not helping.
This is ridiculous... wait in a 50 min queue to give you money for something that I've already paid for (30 days) only to see I can't just click setup a sub... really... I mean really. Can we stop being amateurs already. Basically I'm losing money to wait for a way to pay you for something that doesn't even need paid for until next month. Crazy.
Oh, and lets not forget I only get 20 minutes to stay logged in, so when/if you do get a fix I get to "re-queue" to play the game of "Did they fix it?".

Only way for me to get to submit sub info is putting in games code. In beta it would only let me enter early access code. But after I enter everything I get errors and have to reenter all the info again. Get same error.
Same error over and over again, We're sorry, there was an error with your Billing Address Information. Please try again. This is getting frustrating.

Can't enter my key in twice .... seriously a ton of people pre-ordered and setup accounts early. You didn't think this was possible. Just add a f'd sub link to the account page plz
I got the physical edition from GAME.com they sent me an early access code which worked fine for early access. I then had to hazard a guess at searching through my game box for the activation code and after putting that in I get the subscription options.
Very bad communication from Zeni and its distributors it seems. Like was previously said just put a bloody SUB button there, this is the 21st century!
I got mine as a birthday gift from someone who ordered the Explorers Pack from GameFly. I entered the code mid March, and recieved an email from ESO confirming I had unlocked the Explorers Pack. I got to play the 5 days early access, but then on Sunday I too found I had no link to add a Subscription.
The email support has been a joke. Just someone pasting a response and fixing nothing. (Three times as I replied to the emails as asked.) I put in a call request yesterday and haven't heard back yet. I'm so incredibly frustrated.
