Time to revert this morph back or rework it completely. Absolutely nobody uses it now!

✭✭✭✭✭What? Its instant cast, does an AOE close range blast, and it gives you a refresher Empower with each passing tick. Other abilities you have to recast for the Empower buff, this is cast and forget it.0
