I really don't know what else to do so I have come here.
I am new to the game and purchased it a few days ago but have not been able to play it because Zenimax have removed the game from my account.
They have admitted it was their mistake and that they would try to sort it out but my ticket ( 181018-001092 ) just keeps on being moved on for someone else to deal with it.
Nobody wants to take responsibility for it.
I have had a ticket open for 3 days now and im getting nowhere.
I have lost my money I spent on the game and I have lost my patience with it all.
I don't know what else I can do.
This is the last message I received from them.
