I purchased Imperial edition, but only got the rings of Mara and a horse? Wheres my explorer's pack

Since i can't log on right now because of a 45m que at 9am to view my account. I am wondering who is responding to the ticket I made about my extra in-game items? I still haven't recieved anything form the explorer's pack and none of the extra's from the Imperial edition (the pet). No responses yet to my ticket?
