How to get higher dps on stambalde

Hi, I'm using a khajit nightblade with around CP300. I'm using spriggan and hundings.
I use 1 heavy 6 medium, 2 gold daggers and gold bow.
I also have VO to replace hundings. Not sure which one is better. I can pull near 30k with hundings while ending with my stam pool empty. While for VO, I can do 27k and end with 75% stam.
I have dubious and weapon damage pots.
for skills:
DW bar: blade cloak/rending/surprise attack/killers blade/relentelss/incap
Bow bar: Poison/endless hail/caltrops/rearming trap/leaching/incap
the highest I have ever reached was 30k.
How can i improve? I've been watching rotations online, following builds by good players etc.
Is it really the problem with my rotation execution? (I follow the rotation of gilliam)
I would also like the know the soft limit of the set I am wearing right now.
Can anyone give me any advice? I really want to get higher dps so I can participate in harder trials with my guildmembers.

reprosal✭✭✭✭✭With that gear and a good rotation 40k is easily doable.
What mundus are you using?
What monster set?
What enchants on weapons?
Are you reapplying DoTs before they fully run out?
