Enokariel✭✭✭Well in Coldharbour there are JC stations at every (both) set crafting places, but you probably mean in Hollow City. I haven't found one there myself, so if there is JC station somewhere, it is well hidden.5 -

Did you get a reply from your ticket @YamiKuruku ? If so, what did they say?
Like you, I do not normally do Crafting Writs in Hollow City but RGN seem to favour me there - as far as getting a different variety of Provisioning Recipes is concerned - so occasionally I park one of my alts there. Doing the writs takes a bit longer (due to excessive running around) but it is still an efficient way of building up stocks.
