Well in Coldharbour there are JC stations at every (both) set crafting places, but you probably mean in Hollow City. I haven't found one there myself, so if there is JC station somewhere, it is well hidden.

yeah noticed that too that there is none, even wrote a ticket after i spent too long searching for a station myself xD
actually never do dailies in hollow city so i never noticed it before

Did you get a reply from your ticket @YamiKuruku ? If so, what did they say?

Like you, I do not normally do Crafting Writs in Hollow City but RGN seem to favour me there - as far as getting a different variety of Provisioning Recipes is concerned - so occasionally I park one of my alts there. Doing the writs takes a bit longer (due to excessive running around) but it is still an efficient way of building up stocks.

i checked all icons on the map for the station but then just ported into my house xD it was the only time where i had a high bounty and was too lazy to pay >>''

It's really a pain in the eye. Two additional loading screens to travel to open world and back.
Already wrote a ticket month ago, no -real- response (well, some Brian told me to log out and wait couple minutes) ^^
