Insurgent Dremora Plunder Skull?

I am working on getting 100% achievements for the Witches Festival but I have some questions about "The Plundered Masses" achievement.

How do you get a "Dremora Plunder Skull, Insurgent"? Is this a PvP thing? If it is a PvP thing then I will probably give up as I am hopeless at PvP.

To get a "Dremora Plunder Skull, Arena" is round one at the Maelstrom Arena (Normal) enough? If so, I can probably just about manage that.

I am curious about one called "Dremora Plunder Skull, Public & Sweeper". I got one in a Public Dungeon but what is a "Sweeper" in this context? Is it another PvP term?

Once I get the answers to these questions this soloist will still have to find a group to do a Trial and a Group Dungeon. Achievements were never meant to be easy :)

Most PvE guys can prob kill a public dungeon boss with a little work, just like some of the easier world bosses.

Arena means, like, Malstrom or... whatever the other offical 'Arena' is. If you check your map, the Kvatch arena shows as a WB. : )
if I could make another character, their name would be Cries-For-Character-Slots. AKA, I need more.

I can confirm that Dragonstar Arena counts as an arena, just like Maelstrom does. It's pretty easy on normal, even for just two mediocre people.

The first answer you got is correct. Dolmen bosses count as Insurgent skull droppers.

You need to be in the top 12 damage dealers to get loot from the boss, though. So either do as much dps as you can before the boss evaporates, or go to a secluded location or wait for an underpopulated time of day for your server.

Dremora plunder skulls are a new wrinkle in this Event so I don't think anyone knows for sure.

It would either be 2pm GMT ... 24 hours after the event started.

The other option would be similar to the daily rewards: 24 hours after looting your first plunder skull.

    Let's hope it's the first option. B)

I've also heard or read somewhere that they're on 20 hour like stables, but I have no verification to offer for that

You do know that different sources give you a skull a day right? On top of others I mean.

    Dolmens/Geysers
    World bosses
    Public dungeon
    Dungeons
    Trials
    Arenas
    Delves

All give you 1 skull a day. 7 in total. -.-

Best arena is normal Dragon Star Arena. It’s only as difficult as a 4 man dungeon so you can carry a guildmate or get carried.

Maelstrom Arena is solo and takes a lot of practice with a standard “overland build.

Do Normal Dragonstar Arena for the Arena boss. You have to beat the final boss of an arena to get this kind of skull, and having just come out of that fight I can tell you it's an absolute cakewalk. Takes a little long, like half an hour, because of how many stages there are, but it's totally a breeze and you get to do it with others who might make up for your own shortcomings! There's absolutely no PvP plunder skulls so no worries there.

I did fungal grotto 1 on normal solo yesterday- was pretty easy on my tank. Only the second from last boss gave me trouble - damn mudcrabs! Final boss was the easiest. Are there any other normal dungeons that can be done solo?

If you have decent DPS and self heals, I would say yes, very possible. Never solo’d it myself but considering the calkwalk it was this evening, I don’t see why not.

Easiest dungeons to solo or duo:
    • Fungal Grotto 1 -- no real mechanics to worry about, but AoE is a must for the mudcrags.
    • Banished Cells 1 -- no real mechanics to worry about, but a ranged attack makes dealing with the last boss' healing balls much easier. (Unlike harvesters, he only gets them one at a time.)
    • Spindleclutch 1, in normal mode only, because it's very hard to avoid the final boss' cc, and in vet mode that's commonly an instakill.
    • Elden Hollow 1, Wayrest Sewers 1, Darkshade Caverns 1 -- no particular mechanics to worry about, but the fights in general can be a little harder than in the very easiest dungeons.
    • Vaults of Madness, but only for duos, because the first boss has a mechanic that makes him hard to solo. (And the second boss is a harvester.)
Among the base 16 dungeons, the hardest to solo are:
    • Direfrost Keep -- it has a forced duo mechanic, although there seem to be exploits to get around it that ZoS doesn't mind you using.
    • Blackheart Haven, because there's a mechanic that disables one player for a long time.

There is a way to do the Direfrost solo. After u are about to go pressure plates room instead turn back to corridor locked away, on the left side. Crouch near it, pull lever and clear the trolls than you will see the boss through another locked gate. Be careful and attack it with range attacks as it can still kill ya. Than either die or teleport to boss room using teleporter at start of dung and you will be in boss room you just killed.

    Direfrost Keep, Blackheart Haven
Direfrost Keep. Use lever from other side of the wall (exit from tunnel with 3 trolls). You need to "feel it" ) Then kill boss standing behind door.
Blackheart Haven. Use werewolf form. Final boss can't transfrom it.

Got an insurgent skull helping to kill the bosses at dolmens and abyssal geysers (Summerset).
Got a sweeper skull helping to kill the GROUP boss at a public dungeon.

That clears up two out of three questions :)

How do you get a "Dremora Plunder Skull, Insurgent"?
Thise are from "incursions from other places". As has been mentioned... dolmen, abyssal geysers... that sort of thing. Dolmen is easy enough, and all around, so...
I am curious about one called "Dremora Plunder Skull, Public & Sweeper". I got one in a Public Dungeon but what is a "Sweeper" in this context?
This one means a quest miniboss.
Like all those standard questings that have one final fight? Do those and get a D.P.S. (Dremora Plunder Skull) the first time a day... much easier then public dungeons, but also takes more time... and only for characters which haven't already done all the questings of course.
