pratsgregneb18_ESOSoul ShrivenIf we have been kicked out because we need to select a "submissive" plan... Then it is the worst possible way for a company to ask us to. By just sending us a "friendly" reminder to explain us what to do, they would have prevented:
- our total incomprehension
- blocking people from accessing the game on a Sunday (we do work during the week)
- proving us a lack of effective communication management from their part

I was able to play today without entering my payment information, my account on the web site also said I was credited with 30 days of game time. It is done by:
You have to log in to ESO account. Manage your subscribtion-> choose the payment (monthly or 90 or 180 etc). I recommend mothly. When you choose the subscription you will have to enter your credit card info and confirm it. Now you will have to submit your subscription. BUT !!! This payment is for free! (0 dollar, euros, pounds). It is only way how to get recurring information for your account before your 30 free days expired. When you fullfill all the informations you will get email that your purchase for 0, was succesfull and now your 30 free days are active.
It is simple. Before they will give you your 30 days, you have to enter your payment info for future use
. That is all. It is no problem. You can change your subsription plan anytime (cancel etc.)

1. It should not say "Log in information incorrect" it should say "early access ended"
2. I shouldn't have to enter payment information until AFTER early access has ended. But since I have to- my account is NOT LETTING ME set up a plan so now I am locked out of the game which crashed on me to begin with and started this mess.
3. I received a really nice letter from a GM inside the game saying "oh we fixed your issue inside the game" well now I can't get in to do what I wanted to do because I can't set up my subscription to play free for 30 days?

PrezSoul ShrivenLook at all those posts. That means one thing. They totally crusched. They propably dont have enough space on servers. Its like selling the car which cant ride. It sucks. BTW I had like 3 different technical isues. All are serious. Obviously technical support sending me a mails with no solution.
Its a pitty how company can kill good game.

You can enter a payment for subscription then immediately cancel the subscription. Then you will be left with the 30 days game time.0
