How do you actually setup payment information?

It says to go to the accounts page and follow the prompts. WHAT PROMPTS?

Under history it shows beta and early activation.

I'm also in the group that get login invalid. I wonder if they are connected.

When you log into your account page there should be a big notice right at the top of the screen that says you have to set up a payment plan.

When you launch the game there's also a link in blue directing you to the site to get your plan set up.

Seriously, I don't see how people are missing how to set up their plans when there are links and notices all over the place XD.

And yeah, the whole "login invalid" is because early/extended access ended today :P. So we all need to get our payment plans in order to keep playing.

There are no links and notices all over the place for me, my account page is exactly the same as it always has been throughout early access and I can't find any way to set up a subscription plan, and I purchased it digitally from ZOS' store.

Like I said - it's not there so maybe you should not assume everything works the same for everyone.

Same. I'm on my account page now and there are no notices or anything about setting up a sub. Worried my 20min are gonna be up and I have to wait in queue again...

You need to first input your code, then you can do the rest. The code you put in at the exact same spot like with your pre order key.

It's possible so many people started trying to get a sub plan set up at once that it overloaded the server.

Did you order the physical copy or the digital copy?

Just trying to help so there's no need to be touchy. I assumed it worked the same because until I saw the forums exploding with people unable to get a sub plan set up that people were simply overlooking the option, which has been going on for like a day now.
