Dremora motif question

I was wondering, are the Dremora motif pages a garantueed drop in the Dremora Plunder Skulls or is this RNG? Seeing how the Dremora Plunder Skulls are already limited to one per category daily per account, having it be RNG would make it very hard to collect them all (especially seeing that some are in trials and arenas).

These devilish new rewards will be the first Plunder Skull drop you receive for each type of boss each day. The skulls are per toon but the motifs are per acct as I understand it...

✭You can get up to 7 dremora plunder per day. The first time you kill each type of boss, you get one. So 7 motifs per day.Edited by Malamar1229 on October 18, 2018 11:02AM0
