PTS Login Error

I downloaded the PTS several hours ago and am getting the following error: "Login failed. your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam, please start the game via the Steam Client to login."

I didn't purchase through Steam. I'm able to log into both the NA and EU live servers no problem. I've also rebooted my computer... Please help!

    Also... I can log into the ESO website just fine.

    I've also tried using a VPN to two different countries, but it's still giving the same error.

    Your PTS client may not be fully updated. In your ESO launcher make sure you have PTS selected. Once selected, try updating or repaiting through the launcher. Once completed, try logging into the PTS again.

    Thanks for the reply ZOS_BillE. I've created and paid for another account to test it on the PTS and the new account works just fine, so it's my primary account that's messed up, not my computer.

    I haven't received any emails requesting additional information from myself. The last email I received, from three days ago, stated they were forwarding the issue to someone higher.
