Why are we being forced to setup a subscription to pay for a 2nd month when our free month time is not up? We will be charged today for may's playtime?
If we will be charged today for may's play time, can we choose not to pay and continue or gametime? Becaus at this stage it is clear we cannot login til we "subscribe" for an entire other month.
I beg to question the methods right now, and as to the services rendered, do they justify us continuing to pay, when your website does not even allow me to login to my account?

This has been the process for every MMO for a very long time. They're just asking you to setup a "valid payment method". You won't be charged until your free 30 days are up. You can cancel that subscription at any time.0 -
