What the hell is going on Zenimax?

I have money on my CC and in my paypal account and your system is denying it?

Please explain?

    Ok, so let me update this.

    I just checked my main account page and it says:

    You have selected the 90-day subscription. (which is correct, I did)
    You have 29 days of game time remaining. (WHATTT!!!?)

    You will be billed on May 6th, 2014 for $42.00

    This still doesn't explain why I was getting unauthorized payment errors.

    That makes sense. You have 30 free days and then you'll be charged for your 90 days.

    ^^ this.. also if you are being denied it's likely on your end... 99% of the time. Some banks and credit card's don't like overseas transactions.

    No the payment went through as I indicated above, however I was receiving an unauthorized message which caused me to go on a 20 min man hunt to see if I had funds in there which I knew I did. Why would they allow a Paypal selection if it denied it? :\

    As to the second part, I have been charged the whole amount, instantly.

    The charge is temporary, I find it odd that they would do a charge for the entire amount to verify the account only to have to give it back, wouldn't an amount of say, 20 cents suffice or even $3?

    Zenimax you may as well keep my payment so I don't get hit with extra fees at the end of the month from multiple transaction against my CC.
