ESO Login Broken - ESO Not Admitting it

It looks like the game has a major issue with account details and logins are not working, also the account page access is also broken.

No official acknowledgement which leads me to believe that they don't know what is wrong and don't want to deal with customers until they do.

This is a terrible tactic, the least they should do is put something up on this website or the game login screen.

Please so some professionalism and admit something is wrong.

Yeah, account page "There are more than 100 users in line in front of you" and "The line is paused.", as well as "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again" in the game when trying to login.

Clearly there are issues, and no notifications anywhere.

The issues lie in the fact there was no information presented clearly before any of this and now they have their account page flooded with people so we are all stuck on a silly traffic thing. It begs to question, why do I even need to setup a subscription? I still have my free month anyway. I sincerely detest this manner of business tactic to force players into buying a 2nd month with all the problems on top of it.

Agreed, when we bought the game and a free month of playtime, they never said we'd need to buy an extra month of playtime to actually receive the first.

Clear you both are fear mongers trying to stir stuff up, if you were dumb enough to wait till the day of the end of you time and not expect congestion on the account site you are dumb, at least your not getting this page cannot be displayed so they had enough for thought to know a lot of people would be hitting it unlike you. You should have done this yesterday but know, you had to get that 1 extra free day and now you complain, lol nobodys fault but your own.

You don't have to buy the 2nd month, you just need to set a payment method. Every MMO I have ever played asks you to do the same thing. The page is flooded because, like me, we all waited until this morning to go on there and set this up.

All they have to say is them acknowledging an error and are working on finding the problem and a fix. Silence is not a good thing, especially this early at launch. A log in que time to account page seems to be either an attack on the company's servers or a blatant fail on their end with poor server options.

Did it ever occur to you that I did not intend to pay for the second month without first deciding if it was worth it, and that I just wanted to play for the month of game time that I already paid for?

this is not the case. I for one was planning to pay when I get my next paycheck in two weeks. I was planning on the month free to work the payments into my schedule since I used my spare cash to buy the game. Yes I am one of those poor slobs that live paycheck to paycheck and have to manage my money very carefully.

They don't charge you for the 2nd month. My lord you guys are making a big deal over nothing. Everyone waited till the last minute, so this is what you get, flooded servers. Every time something doesn't work right ESO does NOT need to give you a detailed explanation as to why.

5. PVP guards... really? you made is so a level 10 can kill a level 50 guard? Why? the object for the PVP area is to make it hard so that you force people to group up and take on the guards that are a true level 50.
6. Your going to lose 50% of your accounts due to Questing. YES questing !.... you have dropped so much time and effort into your questing that your fail to see the simple fact that... Males like to kill *** !.. Making pull areas to kill mobs to level rather than quest is a good idea.
7. Bags. this was a cluster ***..Fire the guy who thought he needed to make all the items you picked up count as 1 so the bags are full in the 1st 30 sec of game play and no way we want to destroy or sell items we need.

In conclusion If you really want to make the game capture your target you need to take a deep look into the game mechanics of the ultimate on line game which is Dark Age Of Camelot. My guild help the top PVP slot for 5 years YES !! 5 years of the 7 years i played it. Not just think how happy you would be to capture the attention of your subscribers for 10 years !

Let's start:
Your login info is incorrect, because you have to set up your sub details.

1. It's an MMO, there's an add-on for that.
2. It's an Elder Scrolls game based in MMO format, that's how they look. If you don't like it...see 1.
3. "the more icon buttons I have..." fixed that for you. I have always had a minimalist UI in my MMO's.
4. Key binds are your friend. Don't like the default key...change it. Mine's on my MB4 button...easier for me to hit.
5. No level brackets, so everyone is the equivalent to a 50 when they enter PvP. They clearly stated this in every PvP discussion over the last year.
6. MMO Questing, or PvP........don't see them losing subs to a MMO because of questing. Show me an MMO that has no questing, that wasn't marketed as a PvP only game. You can't.
7. 60 slots off the bat....better than WoW or SW:ToR from level 1.
