A new math for magshields

First of all, remove the 50% max health cap or whatever

then, the shield should scale off Max health and Max magicka, should be like this: (Max Health + Max Magicka)/5

Example: (19k max health + 45k max magicka)/5 = 12800 shield strength

this will favor tanks and magicka players, while also nerfing shields

Why should the formula change to favor tanks? I don't get it. Shields are already looking to be OP for heavy armor tanks next patch while much less useful for light armor users, when it should be the other way around.

Or...it could scale off of magicka and spell damage like a proper heal. Just spitballin' here
