I play the Na server but for some reason the pts only copied some lowbie Eu characters I'd made a long time ago. Anybody know why this would happen?

✭✭✭✭✭NA and EU rotate character copies approximately every two (2) weeks during active PTS testing.
NA started out with character copies this PTS cycle ... when the patch debuted on 9/17.
This rotation has existed for pretty much the last 4+ years of PTS testing.0
