✭That's Destructive Reach morph of Destructive Touch from Destro Staff line, it has increased range. Destro Clench morph has additional effects, like extra fire DoT. Destro Reach is widely used in PvP, especially with Master Destro Staff that cuts it's enormous magicka cost.0 -
