@Red_Feather , no, I think OP means that 'donut' of fire flying towards a target - like a smoke ring produced by pipe-smoking Gandalf. ^^ I've seen it before too, but never knew the skill.

Thank you all for letting me know. I am a new player and just copy builds from famous players, for example Alcast..I ve never tried flame staff builds, using duel shock staff since i reached lv 50..This is the reason why i cant find the ability in my skill pool.

Destructive reach from the destructive staff line

Lightening knocks down
Ice freezes in place
Flame knocks back

@SugaComa , oh - right, now I also remember that I've seen such flame ring knocking mobs back; that is definitely destructive reach then. Thanks. ^^

That's Destructive Reach morph of Destructive Touch from Destro Staff line, it has increased range. Destro Clench morph has additional effects, like extra fire DoT. Destro Reach is widely used in PvP, especially with Master Destro Staff that cuts it's enormous magicka cost.
