Login Error: Information Incorrect

I have not been able to login for over 24 hours. Support gives me ridiculous automated answers that have absolutely nothing to do with the problem. I am aware this is a common problem, and would like for admins to actually contact us with some sort of answer.

I am also having the same problem. It is only when trying to log into the game. I can access my account via the website just fine.

same happened with my friend, he went on his account and added a subscription. He was able to log on after that. ;(

I picked a subscription plan, and it let me back into the game.

I would have thought my $80 got me my first 30 days of play included, but apparently not.

Well....

1) That's the message people should be getting, not login information incorrect.

2) No one should have to enter any payment information until the 30 days free trial is up.

Same here.. attempting to login to game gives the error "Information Incorrect". I am guessing either my account was hijacked or this is their way of saying Early Access is over. -.-

errrr it just ticks me off how i have to go on a clue hunt to figure out why i am unable to log on.... they can't just put a message on the game? simple, "you must pick a subscription plan in order to continue playing."
