Dear support team,
I have created a account recovery ticket and got the number 181012-000747 but I didn't get a confirmation email (I have checked my spam folder multiple times) and I also can't check the status of the ticket anywhere.
I can't log into my old account, as I forgot the password and somehow can't find the associated email address connected to my account. But I'm 100% sure that my UserID is correct, as it was still saved in my TESO launcher. I have buyed much stuff in the online shop an don't want to loose everything.
Could someone please help?
