[BUG] UI bug when kicked off horse

I'm encountering a bug where when I get knocked off my horse from enemy attacks, my characters hand will go up in front of me and I will not be able to un sheathe my weapon to fight.
If I go into 3rd person view I can attack but in first person I can't do anything.
Reloading UI does not help either. I have to log to char screen to fix it.

There is another similar bug when using the skill dragon leap. If there is a jump in the way of an obstacle - the ability stuns the character instead of the message "Can not find the path" or similar.
