Second Thread for the Same Problem: No place to put in my payment information.
Hello again everyone. I am unable to put in my payment information for ESO. When I go into my account, there is literally no place to put any payment information. I am not sure if this is a technical issue or if I am simply looking in the wrong place. ESO support responded by telling me to try a different browswer. I have done so and replied to them but they have not responded. I was hoping that someone here can tell me(or provide a screenshot) where I should go to put in my payment information so I don't lose access tomorrow. I have attached a pic of what it looks like when I go to my account. Thanks for the help.

Also, I bought the physical imperial edition from GameStop. Perhaps that has something to do with it?1

Nevermind. I figured it out. Apparently the code is located within the box, and the instructions given by the game client do not apply to those who got the physical edition. Funny thing, I called the local Game Stop earlier today asking them about this and they didn't have an answer for me.0
