Amazon order with Explorer Pack?

I ordered the imperial edition from Amazon but I won't be getting it for a few days due to slow shipping. I have early access but NOT the explorer's pack contents (scuttler pet and maps). Does anyone know where I'm supposed to get it? Is it in the box? And can I still redeem it after Sunday morning?

I'd assume it's in the box. I got the digital edition form Amazon and both codes were released at the same time.0 -

That's why I was lazy and bought the digital pack haha. But even if they don't the characters and stuff are safe. Or so a rep told me.0

Apathy✭✭Everything is in the box: game code, explorer pack code, etc.
And as previously mentioned, they've said that you will have access until this Sunday (4/6). Game code is what you are going to need (unless they change it) to keep your account active.
