[PTS Patch Notes v4.2.3] Hardened Ward, Dampen Magic and Bastion

So they chose to increase the cap with Hardened Ward and Dampen Magic... Hmm. For me, the value is low. At least 60%. But now it's testing to see.

Besides the low value, I have two things to complain about.

Dampen Magic: no bonus for using 6 or 7 Light Armor pieces? Really?
Bastion: BASTION, ZOS! BASTION! Did you forget? Or just didn't have time?

Bastion needs to be changed. Or it will be useless (for Conjured Ward and Annulment users).

There are two ways to go with Bastion. I hope you choose the second.

Increases the Health shield cap by [0-25]%.
Reduces damage taken while using a damage shield ability by [0-25]%. (This is the true counterpoint to Shattering Blows)

So ... These are my suggestions to Dampen Magic and Bastion!

Dampen Magic: This morph now also increases the shield cap by 2% of your Max Health for each piece of light armor worn. (+10% for 5 pieces, +12% for 6 pieces and +14% for 7 pieces - even though people will prefer to use 5 pieces for the Undaunted bonus)
Bastion: Reduces damage taken while using a damage shield ability by [0-25]%

I was hoping to see something about Bastion in the notes. But hey, 50% is better than 40.

50% of zero is zero. That's what my Sorc is getting with hardened Ward
