Crowd control should have a 3 second cooldown

3 seconds is barely anything in PvE but all cyrodiil is now is 30 man zergs zerging down groups of 8 and spamming CC so we can’t moce. With a 3 second cooldown we’ll be able to get away and counter more easily. All cyrodiil is rn is who has the biggest Zerg that can CC spam the most

Libonotus✭✭✭✭✭By cooldown I don’t mean the move itself but how frequently the CC can effect a player, you can still spam talons or Fear but it won’t have a CC effect on the player if it hasn’t been 3 seconds since the last CC was applied0

✭✭✭✭✭Of all the bugs, the inability to CC break I have not encountered for like a year.
Are you sure you aren't experiencing Stam cost poisons + CC? With the poisons you're looking at around 6.5-7k Stam cost to CC break.
CC break also takes a GCD, if you're fast on the trigger it may seem like you can't CC break.
I know in PvE some CCs cannot be broken, as well as CC immunity works differently/not at all in PvE.
I know in the past it use to be that if you did not CC break you did not receive immunity (as in you waited the duration)
I know CC/root poisons do completely ignore CC immunity (even mist form) last time I checked (like last month maybe?)
But it's hard to know exactly what's going on without videos0 -
