Ill be honest werewolves are very scary, especially if it's a cold dark night out on the hills of Babalon, the last thing I want is to be slobbered over by a stinking over sized poodle.i do ensure I carry my dog whistle for such times.

I have the opposite concern to @usmguy1234. I'm usually more worried about the damage a vampire or werewolf might inflict on me. This is one of the reasons I don't go out much anymore, especially in the evening. If I do, I try to stray no further than the general goods store or inn. With that and all the garlic, I've got to admit I am now living a lonely life.
I am worried that blowing a dog whistle might actually attract the werewolfs to you. I usually just carry a big bag of cats and throw one out if a werewolf comes near. I've always found this very effective, unless the cat isn't very agile. I used to use silver arrows, but found this too costly. Especially with the amount I miss.
Perhaps we could just introduce compulsory muzzles and free manicures for werewolves? I'd be happy to offer this service at the local mages guild. I hear those guys are nifty with a spell and could probably protect me if things got out of hand. If nothing else it would get me out of my woodland hut for an hour or two.
You’ll probably not get sympathy points from the RP and the fashion crowd for your concern. They already think Vampire is too mandatory and too ugly.
I agree though. Being Vampire is outright insane with all the fire damage and Dawnbreakers everywhere. Btw, how much mitigation does the undeath passive actually give? Anyone figured that out?

Yes, you are weak to Stamina dawnbreakers and Fire, especially Magicka Dragonknights. There should be consequences to those choices, especially with how many passive buffs are gained by the Vampire skill line.
Granted... I think I'd be happy if they just removed the sneak speed passive from their skill line and placed it on Legerdemain skill line or something like that so not everyone has to play Vampire to get that speed boost, but would have to put in work to level up the world skill line.

Uhm, no.
The speedboost in sneak should not be a passive in legerdemain. It is one of the pro's against the harsch cons of being a vampire. I enjoy being a vampire despite being insta killed by dawnbreaker and having a hard time fighting fire.
If you want sneak speed there are 2 armors which can give that to you. One for stamina and one for magicka. So just like vampires, sacrifice some sets to get the speed. With legerdemain there is totally no sacrifice and everybody would have that speed due to a surplus of skillpoints.
