List of Bugged Quests

I wanted to start a thread with a list of all of the bugged quests, and any workarounds if available.
I'm hoping this will 1. help people to find a way through them if there is one and 2. if the quest gets fixed post it so people know to go back and try.
So far I've had trouble with:

So far I've had trouble with:
- Grahtwood - Unsafe Haven: ritual wasn't spawning as it was supposed to. Had to go back several time, and finally got on at a low non-busy time and was able to do it.
- Grahtwood - Forgotten Soul: The final leg of the quest "Use Attunement Stone on Central Welklynd Stone" clicking "E" on the Central Welkynd stone doesn't do anything and the quest won't advance.
Those are the only two I have so far. Any others?

✭Grahtwood - Eyes of Azura: You need to find 3 pieces of research. One of them is a note, straight ahead in the center room after you enter the building, on a desk by 2 banekin. It doesn't have a quest marker above it and can be kind of hard to click.Edited by Bouvin on April 6, 2014 4:50AM0 -

✭Grahtwood - A Lasting Winter: If you die while trying to "Defeat General Endare" when you come back you can't attack General Endare again, you just get a dialog with "Goodbye", which blocks progress.Edited by Bouvin on April 6, 2014 4:50AM3 -

✭Grahtwood - The Innkeeper's Daughter: After you set the girl free and kill the bandits you return to "Talk to Nellor" and he isn't at the quest marker (his hut).2 -

Bleakrock - The Frozen Man: Sometimes the chest with the third piece of evidence fails to become interactive with and has no quest marker above it. General workaround is to log out and come back in a few hours.
Stonefalls - Desperate Souls: The final crystal (Last-To-Water's Crystal) cannot be activated, making the quest impossible to complete. No workaround.1 -
Airavis✭I must say this game has had way to many bugged quests. It never should have been released like this. I have run in to three bugged quests in same zone so far. They barely have enough quests to keep you leveling before quest lvl is raised so you cant afford to miss any or it makes gameplay miserable with extra deaths. Im not really a fan of pvp but I finally decided I had no choice since so many quests are bugged.
Fit to Rule - there is a serch area given to find conservator Daraneth. I looked for an hour and could not find anything. No arrows to point direction or anything. Tried loging in and out several times.
Forgotten Soul - Cant click the attunement stone.
Scars Never Fade - There are no npc you can interact with to duel for quest progression.1 -
Spindleclutch- It seems that the first quest to start the quest line in the instance is bugged so you cannot complete it and continue with the other quests. It does not register that the first cave is cleared."Im here to crush skulls, and eat sweet rolls."2

✭Grahtwood - The Blacksap's Hold: A Mage appears and asks you to enter a portal. You enter the portal and go to the Blacksap's hold, and the quest says to "Talk to Maeroth", however Maeroth is not there. If you leave you fail the quest. Trying it again, he still isn't there.0 -
Pangnirtung✭✭✭✭✭The General Endare, A Lasting Winter quest in Grahtwood is bugged. I've gone through it twice now and both times have ended up with General Endare NOT triggering the fight after I was once defeated.
I have logged out of the game and logged back in several times and General Endare will NOT trigger the boss fight.1 -

The mound of earth for the northeastern seed does not appear. Tried last night, relogged and then came back again this afternoon to no avail. Is apart of the Queen Ayren quest line.1 -

Greenshade: Retaking the Pass, Indaenir cannot actually close the shadow rifts. This also affects another quest, Shades of Green.2 -

I was able to complete this by abandoning the quest, restarting it, and not being defeated by General Endare.

My workaround for this bug is that you accept this quest only in the region/vicinity of Cormount. I can proceed through the questchain up to a point where I am supposed to port back again after defeating constructs. For me this portal does not work.

Okay, I checked back several times and finally found the guy at the quest marker.
Every time I had checked back (and waited for several minutes) there was a group of people standing around waiting for this guy, so the issue seems to be affecting anyone doing the quest.
After your conversation with him he goes poof in a cloud of smoke... I'm wondering if the respawn timer is maybe too long?

Same happened to me. Came back several hours later and was able to do it. That Lady was inside the dungeon again and told me about her freeze ring again. The trick to killing the boss' was to get them both down to very low health and kill them about the same time so another one doesn't spawn.

Airavis✭I finally completed all three of the bugged quests in Grahtwood by abandoning and starting them over. They all worked on second try. The only quest I kind of cheated was the one for the cat people village in Grahtwood. The one where you have to duel the chiefs hunters. I started it over and used the mages guild perk of persuasion to skip the duel part and finish quest.0

✭Aldmeri - Malabal Tor: Rep What is Sown, after using the last totem you get "Confront the Hound" but the hound fails to appear.
