Cant zoom in during character creation

Am I the only one experiencing this? I cant zoom in during character creation and it is frustrating to make a character without this feature. Also when you try to rotate the character, it doesnt stop rotating. Please fix this bug.

This was a known bug . it should only happen when creating your first character. After that it should work. This is both PC & Mac issue.

The spinning issue may be to do with display scaling and high DPI on the mouse. There is a ESO Support kb article on it here, though for PC.
