Standard code in Imperial edition box

Has anybody else got this? I entered the code on the booklet that was in my boxed Imperial edition and have been told by the system that it is the standard edition.
I contact the helpdesk and have been told that as this was bought via a store (GAME) then there is nothing they can do about it (even though it was in a sealed box with a scratch off sticker on it....) wondering if I'm the only one.

✭You should have found there were two separate flyers. There was one with the standard key bindings on and one code on the back, and then a second one that was a single sheet of paper with two codes: one for the Imperial Edition and the other for the Explorer's Pack.
You enter the first code to confirm you've bought Elder Scrolls Online, and then enter the second code to upgrade it to Imperial Edition.

The game registration code was on the back of a little flyer by itself. Both the Imperial edition exclusive code and Explorer's Pack code should have been together on a separate piece of paper.

Saerydoth✭✭✭✭It's working exactly as it's supposed to. The Imperial Edition has 3 codes.
1) The "standard" game code. This one is required before you can enter any others.
2) The Imperial Edition code to upgade the account from standard to Imperial.
3) The Explorer's Pack codes.
You have to enter these 3 in order. The Imperial Edition is not a game code. It is an upgrade to the standard one. You have to have a standard account before you can upgrade it. Make sense?Edited by Saerydoth on April 5, 2014 11:18PM1 -
