Nobody invites me to join a guild after i ask in the zone chat or helps me with a dungeon or anything really.
The thing is i'm a relatively new player only at level 16. I started Monday of last week. I only got 3000 gold. I need 8000 more to increase my bag space. I was in davons watch on pc na "looking for a guild" multiple times. Not one person acknowledged me
@geekboy09 What is your in game name? I can add you to a guild I am in. If you want.
PS presonally, I didn't have any guild until I reached my vet levels. but that was my style (yes, I am a loner, playing an MMO-RPG lol). I kinda like exploring around, learning the game. My very first vet pledge was nerve-wrecking. at that time, I had zero sets on my. lol. was basically PvPing, and had no clue what gear sets were. I look back now, and a guild would have been nice to have when I had no idea how to do anything on this game. But my point is, you will be just fine without a guild, eventually you will find your people.
But seriously, give me your @name in game, I can add you to a new player friendly guild.

I have recently left a guild due to "not nice" members. I was asking for assistance to do the preliminary Undaunted Quest on a new character who did not have the skills necessary to solo it.
Got in the Que for the Dungeon and asked LFG in zone chat, after 45 minutes of nothing. I asked in Guild chat
The guild members replies were immediate and horrible full of "Do not help this ******* he is to low a level, its a waste of time." " F***** if you cannot solo it, you should leave the game" "Hey, S******** you should quit playing if you cannot solo it."
I have been a member of this guild for a over a year. Have donated time, items, and gold to the betterment of the guild. done trials and undaunted pledges with guild members on other charterers with no issues, until this.
My point is that it is not just a few random players, it's a large amount of players that hide behind the anonymity of the game (and any internet game, forum, social media, etc... to just be jerks. Solution block them in chat, leave guilds if they are there. Just move on and play the game. It is supposed to be fun and these type of players just enjoy making it a horrible experience for others. So don't let them.
Anyone know of any places where people just chill and talk, no one seems to talk in zone chat much
What you probably want to do is instead put out "new player looking for social guild." That better conveys that you are probably looking for a dues-free guild, that you're interested in group activities, and that you're new to the game. There are guilds that make helping new players part of their mission. Keep in mind that some guilds limit who can recruit more than others. Sometimes, any member can extend invitations. Other guilds restrict invitation to select officers. It just depends on where you are, when you are, and who all else is in your instance. It's not necessarily going to be an instant thing.

Don't worry about buying bag space or hoarding gold quite yet. At that level you should be questing and learning your character, not stressing about bag space. Deconstruct extra gear, or sell it to a merchant to make some easy change. If you gather unrefined materials and get a gold mat, that would easily net you some quick cash.
There are people advertising guilds in chat constantly, just be patient. Hang around in a populated zone for 10ish minutes and there will be at least one. Questing, random dungeons, and fighting world bosses is a good way to meet people.
Well the thing is i keep running out of space because i loot everything. I had to use at least 2000 crowns to increase it to 90

Fun Fact:
Did you know? The ESO community is actually made up of individuals with their own opinions. Some of them love group content, some of them don't.

I did. Got no reply
Why should anyone trust you? You've never made anything beautiful and have nothing to your name. So get off your Crystal Tower and look in the mirror: You're covered in Murkmire muck and it's spewing out from your eyes and mouth.Rain_Greyraven wrote: »ESO is a single player game, due to very poor design choices (using a really bad homebrew engine instead of something like Unreal 4, all dungeons being public except Trials, more emphasis on cash shop than content etc) by the devs. There are things they could do to change that, but they won't or due to the poor performance can't.
Considering how many dungeons there are, it's interesting to think that "there's no reason to interact with others" could ever be valid. I mean, we certainly survive without any forms of communication... but that's a necessity often enough, not a preference.
ESO makes content that requires grouping --> Community complains about being forced to "group"
ESO makes content that does not require grouping --> Community complains the the game is anti-social and doesn't encourage grouping like other MMO's.
Seems legit.

Aye. Been asking for help getting some dungeon achievements for over a week on several of my guilds. Even resorted to bribing people with gold and gold mats. Nothing. I have this feeling that people just don't care. Didn't use to be that way though.
