Bring back cast for hardened ward and dampen magic

Now this two morphs are useless, why don't let player choose between hp cap or cast and bring back the cast time to hardened ward and dampen magic ?
High magicka builds are useless now with this hp cap.
It seems it was a proposition from devs. Can't choose is very very frustrating.

✭Is battle spirit still applying to damage shields? So if I have 27k health my damage shield will be about 10k does that get cut in half by battle spirit still?0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You can emulate the cast time by casting hardened ward and harness back to back. The first one is your "cast time" of 1 second and the second one would then fire off and double the size. Best of both worlds... except it would cost double the resources, but hey, you can't get everything.0 -
Anken5✭✭✭Sorry but this hp cap is worst. Why play magicka if stamina have better dps and better survability now ?
Yes the cast hurts the gameplay, but this 7k shields are totally garbage... Now even stamina have better shields (because they have higher resistances).
