So you do all quests and achievements and finally get my Platinum Trophy. Guess what not even an "Title" or special outfit or mount or anything, this game is frustrating me more and more

OP, why would you think ESO would give you a prize for completing a Sony achievement?
Editing to expand my response to people don't get the wrong idea. I'm not disparaging console players or insinuating that they are unworthy of rewards from Zeni. But titles are rewarded for in-game achievements, not external ones.
